Unable to connect to EU account on PC

I can connect to my main account in Americas and Asia on PC but when i switch regions to Europe I get, “Closed, The game was unable to log you in through the Blizzard services. Please wait a few minutes and try again.” All regions work on mobile devices (android and ios) through both wifi and cellular. The problem started patch day jan 25. I uninstalled the game and bnet. Deleted cache and reinstalled everything, still broke. Not sure why its only EU.

Being unable to log into a single region on a single device is usually due to damaged files. There is one area where some information is saved that can cause this to happen. Just deleting the folder should be enough to fix this

  1. Press Windows Key + R
  2. Type in %localappdata% and press enter
  3. Go into the Blizzard folder
  4. Go into the Hearthstone folder
  5. Find the Cache folder here and delete it
  6. Start the game and test

already tried that but did it again and didn’t work.

edit: tried a number of things

going into %temp%, %localappdata%, %appdata% and deleting all things having to do with blizzard games. Flushing my dns, factory reseting my router, deleting option.text file, reinstalling bnet/hearthstone. None of those worked.

solution: changed region to europe at the bnet login screen and now i can play on europe but not on america or asia. Before patch I use to be able to simply press the globe icon above the PLAY button on the bnet interface and change regions there while logged into america region but now it wont update my connected to: status since the patch launched. Just really inconvenient i gatta log out each time I want to play on a different region.
