To point out something suspicious:
We are looking for ways to give players another chance to get the promotional heroes and card backs. For example, Tyrande Whisperwind was not available worldwide, so weād like to give another chance for players to get her again. So, we have a good news - we should be ready to bring some of them back in the Year of the Mammoth.
This was the quote Yong Woo said in the past about this matter. Remember what happened back then? Note carefully about the word I highlighted in the quote.

I think Mikeās wording was beyond obvious on this matter - they had no idea yet. We know Blizzard loves to play on their words.
So folks, I genuinely donāt want to see it happen, but when it happens, be ready for another year-long wait.

Just got some more recent news on reddit: Mike Donais confirmed that Tyrande will be available in December.
At least, at leastā¦ there is an explicit time frame in which we can expect.

Just checking in to keep this post up and running since we cannot stop untill we get Tyrande back. Promises were made, sure, but from the past years weāve learned that it gives us close to none certainty

I planned to bump this thread a few days ago but I couldnāt come up with anything to say. So Iāll just share some of my thoughts:
To this point I still couldnāt believe it is really happening next month. It just feels unreal. Given if they didnāt lie to us.
Iāve been here for a while and Iāve been cataloguing everything regarding to this since the inception. To be frank, this was probably the sole motivation for me to care about Hearthstone. Everytime I encountered her I dreamed, that one day I will have it as well.
Two and a half years went by in a flash: I still remember reading the news that Unāgoro was announced, I still remember how excited I was when I heard Yong Woo said that this would be solved in YotMā¦ and the situation we are currently in now.
I think that this is really going to be the end of my days in HS because I donāt even know what to pursue next in Hearthstone. All other aspects of Hearthstone (cards, game modes, game meta) seem trivial in comparison to this.
Itās probably just me, but this thingā¦ it haunted me after all these days in vain.

I think there are plenty of āexcusesā to release it if they are to do it in December: Winter Veil, New Year, new expansionā¦ Not to mention that old heroes have gone on sale already - this implies that December 9th could be the date as well.
It is important to note that one of our initial goals is to have it available for all Hearthstone players - that is, if some countries are still being excluded - the threadās goal is only partially achieved.
Fun Fact: 1154 days have passed since its initial launch. We are counting on you, Blizzard!
Side note: I was just informed that Alleria, Magni and Medivh will be rotated out after December 9th 2019. They are likely to be replaced by a set of new heroes.
So if you intend to buy them at some point of time, do it before itās too late!

Any day now for the announcement on how weāll get Tyrande. Maybe it has something to do with Alleria, Magni, and Medivh rotating out of the shop for the first time in 4 years? Sheās going to be free though, but I still donāt know how theyāll give her out.
Anyway, just keep the thread alive until sheās in our arms okay? Iām proud of this community for staying strong in these trying times. But I wonder what will happen to this thread once Tyrande shines her light upon us once again?

Something something promotion. Iāve been tracking the hero and card back tab for a while and was thinking that they will change the hero description if they are to release it again.
It is worth noting that since they changed the BRM cardbackās description for its re-release, they will probably do it again for āthe hero you-know-whoā.
So far nothing has changed and I doubt they will change it this early. But the incoming patches on Dec 5th/9th/11th/ā¦ may prove my conjecture.
