We’ve been investigating reports that players have been unable to activate Duels Early Access after receiving the Twitch Drop today. We’ve determined the technical issue causing this and have been working towards a fix.
If you did receive a drop and currently don’t have access, don’t worry! We are tracking the affected accounts, and the early access will properly activate once the fix has been implemented.
We’ll continue to share updates here, along with an ETA for the fix.
UPDATE 10/28: We have implemented a fix for the Duels Early Access Twitch Drops. These drops should now correctly grant early access in-game shortly after the notification is received on Twitch. Also, for those who previously received a Drop but did not have access in-game, it should now be available.
