I did the Terran one much faster than that. I did it in wild and ended up getting to play through most of my deck a couple times and that helped.

It’s Zerg! I got 72/200 Zergs played (no idea how) , which is lvl 1, and 9//10 destroy 10 or play 10 starships (obviously, all 9 destroyed, God knows how, probably while throwing Fan of Knives to draw)
In other words, don’t care.
I’m already halfway through the reward line for the skin, though.
Obviously, nothing gives as much event xp and xp than just playing. Quests are simply “boosters”, catalysts, to speed things up a little.
I’m pretty sure most people didn’t even notice the multipliers. Those quests are fast if you use the 3X multiplier.
Also no reason to play “seriously” if you don’t want to (e.g. just go Wild if you play in Standard normally).
Actually, I’d say the Protoss quest is a grind — took about three and a half hours of playing with a Protoss-focused deck, I think. Nearly regretted bothering with it, probably isn’t worth one’s time.
I took the protoss quests and quite close to get archon v07tr0n skin. Playing hero power druid seems way faster than playing rogue and priest (zealot counts as 2). Mage is probably the hardest to complete though.

Wow, you must have been playing a lot — I mean, really a lot — and just getting plenty of Event XP simply from games, not quests.
Aren’t Zealots the same for all Protoss classes?
Is it faster due to Carriers or why?
I was doing it with this — rather horrible, I must say 
— deck with one minor replacement (added the Rogue starship piece).
I picked Terran on day 1…immediately thought “oh no, what have I done. Should have picked Zerg”. 2 days later I thought “Well, it could be worse, I could have picked Protoss” which was my original thought to pick for Priest.
Now I’m playing Terran decks so I picked right all along lol

I picked Protoss. I’m almost halfway to the skin. I didn’t notice the quests taking that long to complete…
Nah I didn’t play that much, I do play like 6-7 hrs on weekend. But I did spam one deck the hero power druids, the game is fast they usually ends up around turn 8-9, deck doesn’t have any protoss minion but you wanna hit Chrono boost and Artanis for win condition.
