I had bought two promotions from the store and made some dust with some cards that I payed for. I have received 12000 dust from thin air, which I don’t agree should be removed, but now I have 0 dust.
I have bought that dust. It was a blizzard mistake, not mine, so I want to understand, will you people give my dust back? I’m not asking for the mistake one, but the one that I payed for.
I am asking for the same. What I want is what I had. Anything less feels like theft. Please revert my account back to the dust I had. It was not much 1600!
I logged in once earlier in the afternoon and found just like everybody else, WOW, free dust at the main menu!
I, personally, was given a single lump sum of 8000. From what I hear, a common occurrence was 4000 but twice. Maybe because I logged in later it just combined them. I really don’t know because I don’t know how much dust I personally was eligible for. This is all very confusing and I’m not going to pretend I know how all this works internally.
Regardless, this brought me up to around something like 18800-and-some-odd dust when I checked how much I had in-total. Neat. I didn’t realize I had that much because I hadn’t really thought about it but okay, cool.
(Edit: I had one too many 0’s on my total dust count. Whoopsie!)
Now, logically speaking, because I crafted all of TWO non-golden legendaries, I should have still had a good amount of dust left, regardless of the excess dust that was mistakenly given out.
So why is it that I have exactly 0 dust? ZERO. I am absolutely devastated by this over-correction and I really want to (but won’t for the sake of polite company) express myself in what I feel is a justifiably upset position.
If this could be rectified or at least explained to me, I would appreciate it. I’ll even change my battlenet username back to what it was prior to the Blitzchung incident when I decided it was necessary to rebel against the moves made for the appeasement to the Chinese government.
You’re not alone what the hell, sure I got more dust then they probably intended but my dust count is at zero now and I had 3500 before all this giving and retaking started what the heck.
I had the same problem they gave me 3600 and then 2 hours later took it all away. They did give me back the cards they took away as well but I’d rather have had the dust than the cards back at this point.

I already had over 1000 dust when I opened HS to find two rewards of 5,200 dust, and crafted Drekthar / Dawngrasp. Next login later that night all of my dust has disappeared.
As I understand it Blizzard accidentally gave the same cards out for levelling that one opens in packs, and now their attempt to fix this was also mismanaged and buggy, removing all our earnings instead of correcting the game with the equivalent dust.
Missing 1300 dust on login today.
I’m out something like 2.8k dust that I know I had prior to them giving the dust. I have 195 now LuL
Same boat. I had all the dust revoked and I am also missing golden uncraftables that weren’t duplicates. What’s up Blizzard?
They gift me 6000 dust so I start thinking about what I’m going to craft with it - nek minute -dust gone! What the hell is Blizzard doing?
You said it perfectly. I got a little over 10k dust, also all at once. Crafted exactly 2 non golden legendaries and a couple rares and I believe 1 epic. I should still at the very least (conservatively) 1300ish dust left. But I’m at 0. Not to mention I took this time to mulch all my extra cards so that’s now gone as well. Big bummer, I was having fun coming back to this game and this took the wind right out of my sails.

Hi, I logged in and it said it gave me 4800 dust, but then I logged in and I actually had 4800 LESS DUST THAN BEFORE!! I have like 95% of the cards in standard and 80% of the cards in wild and I will absolutely quit the game over this, this is completely insane. I stopped playing for 1 1/2 years when the blitzchung thing happened and I will again.

Same here, why give a lump sum of dust just to take it away? If you make a mistake just live with it and let the people reap the rewards. It’s better than backtracking your decision which I think was a good one because 4 noncraftable cards that you can’t get dust is really dumb. Make the base non gold cards uncraftable and give out gold ones that you can choose to keep for style or break down to get better cards. Either way I like this dust idea but would like it much better if I got to actually keep the dust you gave please.
Yea same it gave me like 8000 yet I already had 2000 but it just took all of it don’t know why

Mine as well. I had 1300 dust, now it’s gone.
I just checked how much dust I have left and it’s definitely way less than the bonus I received the other day and a friend called me upset that his dust was completely zeroed out. What happened?
I am also missing all but 200 of my dust. I want it backkk
