It has been a problem for ages. Being legendary means nothing in a deck you can play a card N times. Shudderwock was fine but ability to play it infinitely made it silly. Same goes for Rommath, Astalor, Amanthul or now Azerite Snake.

I do not mind the titan cards, but I do not like the bird that gives you a random one that costs only one mana. And then you can also bounce that card to get more.
The idea that we can generate unique and powerful cards is one thing, but to play them for nearly no cost is a different thing.
