Is there a reason Novice Engineer is still a 2 mana 1/1 instead of 1/2 and Ironbeak Owl is a 3 mana 2/1 silence instead of 2 mana? And plenty of others, but my point is…why are they still nerfed? Isn’t it far past time to restore them to their original power level?

At this point, how much is a 2 mana 2/1 beast silence or 2 mana 1/2 battlecry draw a card preventing or lessening their making money? Who is to say they wouldn’t make money because older player sees they finally changed some of the OG cards back to what they were and should be?
But yes, that is the main excuse/reason not to do so.
