Time to kick hearthstone to the curb

ive played since the start off and on, and ive seen its most of the time only get worse and more unbalanced and broken, this is like the card game yugioh when it went to crap. i kicked yugioh to the curb long ago i can and will now do the same with this. im better off making my own card game where i can correctly balance it and ban any broken cards that make it into the game somehow altho i doubt that will happen atleast i have a means to deal with it if it were to happen i have a system in place ready to stomp out any broken crap. if i ever find the time to make my own card game between working 2 part time jobs and still struggling to have enough money to do anything. that is.

You underestimate the problem. Hearthstone is a gigantic problem to balance because only a single card adds a lot of complexity to the ENTIRE META (even one card will create multiple new decks and shift the counter decks etc); the wild format is even more extreme because it doesn’t just add 1 card but multiple times the powerful cards so it’s multiple upon multiple times more complex to balance (it’s not a linearly evolving problem but EXPONENTIALLY); basically you have immense computational needs to balance this game even in the Standard format.

Blizzard could do BETTER; I suspect they don’t use formulation or simulation software because it sounds like a good game to automatically make billions of permutations of theoretical decks on a theoretical meta of theoretically-equally played decks (at least with some scripting); or they may already be doing simulation/formulation albeit I don’t know if they do it well.
