This Game is Expensive

I’ma take a break from this game. I can’t play a lot of classes because I can’t afford all the cards and bundles. The deals they have aren’t really deals. I’m done with this game for now. I’ll be back again but I really don’t know why this game just isn’t worth it anymore. Sad how these prices are so high, I hope one day Blizzard realizes they would have better reviews and more players if this game was cheaper. Funny thing is it’s free.

Do you play for less than 2 years regularly by any chance? The game is indeed obscenely expensive but mainly if you don’t play regularly for at least 2 rotations. I play for 1 rotation only and I still can’t play netdecks from Warlock or Warrior and a few other netdecks from other classes.

Well maybe I could make a few others, but then I’d have 0 dust and the rotation is soon.

If you want to play for free, then chose 1-2 classes only and play those. For free you can’t afford to craft what ever you want, thats for sure… I chosed Paladin to master. When returned about 3 years ago, dusted all my old cards to create a viable deck and now I have 40+ K dust, and 20+ K gold all the time. Never had to spend a single cent… 1 class is enough for me anyway… I have a full time job and family… don’t have time for more.

Not necessarily. That’s only true if you either started now or if you don’t play regularly. If you have played for 1 rotation you can easily have 1 netdeck from half the classes and if you have played regularly for 2 rotations you can probably have netdecks from ALL classes.

But you need to also optimize f2p at the same time, most people don’t do it perfectly.

i have most of the cards from the new set, and i only buy the track premium

blizzard is brilliant and has scammed you for 10 years, they remain unpunished by governments that brand the game as a simple toilet game in the morning, in reality blizzard makes millions by manipulating the rng at will, deciding everything, something that would have been impossible with a system less based on randomness. you were tempted to say without randomness “it’s the deck that goes badly for you, the arena screws you randomly”, instead this way it can continuously boast also thanks to its own subordinates who are the ones you read with 12837288 messages on the blizzard forums, “they are random events”. The game is a perfect scam, you’re right krizaer. And how do I respond to the scam? with that posts. Blizzard needs to cry until, in addition to the trials it already has underway, it also gets an investigation because the arena is more of a rigged slot machine than a game and should be put under the control of the gambling ministries…

Vendetta’s latest account? Blizzard doesn’t have to manipulate anything to make you lose. You WILL lose if they raise your MMR after a few wins; you will just play with better players; sooner or later loss is inevitable against better players.

All these thoughts are a product of thinking you must be the best player in the world.

What’s even more ludicrous: even the best player in the world loses sometimes.

I’ve been playing since Hearthstone was released on day 1. I have a Death Knight, Hunter, Warlock, and Mage deck that I can play. I can’t play other classes because I have to disenchant all the cards I get from them just so I can master mainly my Death Knight and Hunter deck. I can’t play other classes because I can’t afford them.

I mean, if you are a whale or collector then yes, but pricing has not changed for years as far as my memory of the game goes. Yes it’s insane of the pricing for diamond and signature cards are, but for the most part you just need an expac purchase and battle pass if you want to get a full experience.

If you play free you can still most likely build a very competitive deck for cheap like demon hunter pirate or elemental mage that runs on 1 legendary.

Don’t get me wrong though. The market team is money hungry and we should be aware of any scheme they have.
