My guess:
Dr. Booms engines fail and Dalaran crash lands in Ulduar.
Either
The villains must escape Yogg-Saron whom they crash landed into.
Or
The villains turn into heros trying to save the world from Yogg/titans/etc. so they can keep their loots.
Anyone else have any ideas?

The pictures they released for all of the year of the dragon expansions really make the next expansion look like it is in Ulduar. I could be 100% wrong though. It’s just fun to theorize.
Chromie’s Chaos Theory! would be a great expansion and would fit in Hearthstone.
