I’ve had this issue for a while and have tried deleting and reinstalling, actually waiting a few minutes, doing the tutorial, but no matter what it won’t let me retrieve my old account or even make a new one. Everytime it ends at the tavern doors telling me that it couldn’t log me in through Blizzard services. Please tell me how to fix this! It is extremely frustrating. (I am playing on mobile)

The description makes me think this is some sort of connection problem going on. We can be limited with what we can do with mobile, but the a common way to troubleshoot this is swapping how you connect to the game. If connected to your network, try disconnecting from wifi or testing a friend’s network instead. If you’re using a data connection, try connecting to wifi.
I have tried both of these but the problem persists even on different networks and data.
I have the same issue, on PC, “The game was unable to log you in through the Blizzard services. Please wait a few minutes and try again.”
I’ve tried everything I can think of… what is the deal?

Was there ever a fix found out for this issue? I have had this issue going on in the PC version for over a year and haven’t found a fix in any forum post. Please Blizzard, show that you care and fix this! It’s crazy that I can’t play considering how much money I’ve spent on this crap. It’s like a scam at this point, how can you just leave those of us having this issue unresolved? like we dont even matter to you …
