My Hearthstone US game account, the black screen is stuck when I enter the game, and I can’t play normally, but other servers and accounts are not affected, please help me solve it!

I have same issue only after latest patch. Is this a known issue?
Fighting the same issue right now – it’s incredibly annoying.
