What are you talking about all of those decks are interactive with your face. Interacting with face is still interacting. It doesn’t magically change to uninteractive just because the interaction point is your face.
Im more wondering what you are talking about?
If we use your logic then by definition no deck in the entire game can ever be non interactive because all decks have to interact with face to win.
I will gladly discuss, but arguments like this is not even an argument.
Try again.
I don’t know what anyone wants anymore and I don’t think they do either.
To me interactive is trading.
Remember the days when our only complain was the first jade druid? At least you could beat those, and in those times fun decks still existed, now there is just op meta. And people call me idiot for telling the devs they sk at they’re job balancing the game. Where are are the good 2014’s
Most interactive via tech set ever realeased and people still throw the ole “uninteractive” complaint.
Not all decks have to interact with Face. Recent example Quest Priest. Also uninteractive is another one of those overused buzz words like toxic and polarizing. There are few decks that are uninteractive and aggro decks aren’t any of them. Lots of decks called uninteractive have ways to interact with them just nobody uses the cards needed because they suck outside of the one matchup.
I don’t care what you want to call this meta, it sucks.
Even BG meta is horrid right now.
Tech won’t save what’s wrong here.
Cry babies gun cry. LOL!
I love this meta. It is perfect! great balance, great decks, awesome cards, many choices. I love it. I will spend money and encourage more of the same, srs. I am very much enjoying the game and more so the tears of the forum bads.
You’re gonna’ have to forgive me, Haz.
I fail to see what is so interactive about a board filled with immune minions.
Or; a card that destroys whatever strategy you are attempting, or another card that clears the board, and heals the opponent to full health.
The first is the complete opposite of interactive, and the second is disruption on a ridiculous scale, while the third is also a table flip. Both of the last two allow a player the agency to play terribly and still win.
So, interactive? I say no. More like Do-Overs for crummy draws and bad players.
You can pull their jailer from their hand before they use it. Bam interaction.
The card should not exist along with several others.
More and more, the cards play for you instead of the player knowing when to trade, or when to go face.
When to skip a turn in order to improve board clears, etc.
What you refer to as interaction, I call the decay of intelligent play in favor of cards that decide the game for you.
Some of the cards are so powerful that they literally make up for lack of skill, as well as unlucky draws. That should never be.
I feel like the days of chillwind yeti like metas of trading into slightly better, winning boards are long gone. The game has so much more mechanic now, and recent power creep. I actually really enjoy this meta. I liked wirxhwood and all 2017, 2018 was fun. 2019 okay maybe? Couldn’t play the game 2020 or 2021. I’m enjoying tf out of this meta.
I’m actually less offended by the insane power creep than I am the complete abandonment of class roles.
Every class being able to do everything is inane to me.
Good thing that scenario only exists in your head then.
I’m not entirely wrong, and there is no reason to be a jerk.
Druid used to have amazing ramp and terrible draw.
Not anymore.
Mage used to have terrific tempo and terrible armor and heals.
Again, not anymore.
Warrior used to have terrific armor and taunts, but little healing or tempo.
Again, no more.
So; I’m not sure why you think I’m wrong, since all you bothered to do was throw shade.
You are not entirely right either. You view reality based on your biases, you have shown this numerous times.
You want classic. You have shown that many times.
You are wrong because every class cant do everything, as per the post I was addressing.
Show me a warrior deck with ramp.
Show me a warlock deck with ramp.
you are wrong on all counts.
So because Warrior does not have ramp that makes me wrong?
But it does have rush and charge and draw and summons: (Which might also qualify as ramp, and definitely qualify as mana cheat).
So your rebuttal, which contains yet more personal insults, is flawed at best, as well.
Warlock also has summons, and heals, and draw, on top of its HP and yet more mana cheat, which can also function as ramp, and any good player knows that.
And you keep saying I want Classic as though you know me. You don’t, and I don’t .
What I want is clear strengths and weaknesses and power creep to be controlled.
So my claims are not wrong, and you are a graceless creature who only exists to insult people on here.
really ?
post a freeze druid decklist and ramp mage one !
I think sticking to class identity would result in static due to very limited design space. Classes need to evolve or we are stuck with the likes of classic mode.
I see no problem with changing class identities, but to have all classes be capable of everything, just in varying degrees is stupid to me.
Mages who heal. Dumb.
Mages who do DR splash damage. Dumb.
Druids who draw. Same thing.
I could go on, but I’m sure you see what I mean to impart.
What is the point of having different classes when there are so few actual differences?
The sheer amount of bleed between classes dilutes the actual flavor and reason for ten classes imo.
For instance: If you have tempo/burn then you should not have healing/armor.
If you have ramp, then you should not have draw. etc.
Every strength should be tempered with a weakness, and that is no longer the case.
