The game doesn't start at all (Android)

I play on phone. It’s a Huawei P20 Pro, with Android 9. Yesterday, I played the game fine on mobile network, but this morning, the game doesn’t even load, it just hangs out at the tavern doors screen. I came home, tried wifi, same thing. I even reinstalled the game, nothing changed. :frowning:

Update: My wife’s Xiaomi phone (Android 7) also stucks at the tavern screen.

Hi Coldfear, same here. I have been stucked the past 3 days with Huawei mate 20. Hearthstone support, could you fix this asap! Thanks

HS mobile has tons of issues for a reason. Every update brings something new. I see, that iOS has it’s problems as well. :frowning:

I haven’t been able to play on mobile data for 2 weeks. This is ridiculous, Blizz tech support has been saying they were going to fix it soon but haven’t done squat.
