In battlegrounds the game crashes a lot with no or little time between two crashes and then I can’t resume in the same game. Usually I don’t loose any points but it’s frustrating specially when it happens in duo. Both on my laptop and telephone, while other games run fine. Anyone else experienced it or it is just me?

It’s not just you. I have been posting about this for over a year with no acknowledgement from the developers. I opened tickets and did everything they said, even connected to Apple, nothing is wrong on my end.

I’m having the exact same issue. After submitting a ticket and doing all of the troubleshooting steps, I still am having issues with crashing during battlegrounds.
One thing I have noticed is that my CPU temp gets up to 95 celcius prior to the crash, but this isn’t always the case. I changed my fan speed ramp so that during play my cpu fans are at 100%. I can now play regular battlegrounds with significantlly less crashing. However, duo battlegrounds still crashes a lot.
I don’t know what else to try. Personally, I think the game code isn’t optimized well. I’d like to see more of the demand going to the gpu instead of the cpu. I’m not an expert though so I could be on the completely wrong path here.

Been having the same issues multiple times per day for the past three months. Nothing seems to fix the issue. Hearthstone just continues to crash no matter what I’m playing. It’s at the point where it’s so unstable, the game is unplayable. Today I crashed three times in one game. I have multiple disconnects throughout the day and sometimes can’t even get into a game. I don’t have these problems with any other game.

Same thing happening for me. Battleground is about all I play and Duos is a nice refresher. Played it at Blizzcon and was excited that it finally came out.
I’ll be voting with my dollars by not buying the next battle pass if the crashes do not improve.
