The AI for magic wisdomball is worthless

I can understand it making the less optimal choice every once in awhile but when it routinely fumbles the obvious choice it makes me wonder just why I’m putting this card in my deck.

Most recent example: my opponent has a full board and they’re coming in hot next turn. The obvious choice would be to freeze the board with blizzard. What does magic wisdom ball think I should do? Cast counterspell. Like I’m not asking for much and frankly I don’t expect much from the clowns running this game and maybe the fault is mine for even putting that card in my deck. But is this the best we can do, team five?

It’s just another drop in the bucket of reasons why you need to keep good people happy at your company so that they don’t leave

It was explained before in this forum. It’s not supposed to be an important reactive effect. You basically use it on curve to get some extra passive help.

It’s nothing more than keeping you going for 2 or 3 rounds more.

Do not rely on it to do anything more.

But it fails at doing even that much. It doesn’t even make the obvious choice 50% of the time. I’ve been running it just to test it for myself and my conclusion is that it’s just more pointless RNG in a game with too much of that

It’s not supposed to make the obvious/optimal choice. It’s not Zephrys.

It would be way, way, waaaaaaay too good if it did that.
