I am officially done spending my money on this game until the mobile bugs and crashes are fixed. I’ve spent hundreds each month as a huge fan of this game, but the situation for mobile gamers(I have no PC) has gotten worse… instead of getting the attention we deserve as loyal supporters of the Hearthstone world we have actually fell further into limbo. I can’t express how many tickets, gold, and hard earned money I’ve lost to this game crashing, and then now not even letting me log back in to try to catch the end of my turn.
It’s reached the point of unacceptable to me. I will hold on to my money from now on and just play for free from time to time. I’ve logged plenty of complaints and tickets with blizzard and have not yet received a single arena ticket in compensation. If you enjoy Hearthstone and you want to play on a mobile platform, I wish you good luck

Everyone should do the same. Inexcusable to have such a badly designed and coded game avaialable on mobile. Inexcusable that no one responds to these constant reports. Been badly broken for over a year. Crashes once almost every game, and more than once a game with the terribly implemented paid skins.

Crashed mid game, wouldn’t reconnect for about 40 seconds, missed a complete turn.
What a joke of programming, management, bug fixing, and customer service.
I am so frustrated with these crashes. Since the most recent expansion the game is pretty much unplayable. I crash almost every turn when playing standard matches and am losing because I keep missing my turns. Battlegrounds is a little bit better but not by much. I crash about every 3 turns or so. How can Blizzard let this go on for so long with no improvement??? It’s insane. I love this game so much but I can’t handle this anymore.

Can’t even join a game while connected to WiFi and when I play with no WiFi I have constant disconnects while playing! All on iPhone and every other game and app works great.

On Android I’ve had a lot of these issues as well but it drastically improved after allowing the game to run in performance mode, which was disabled by default.
There are still some crashes and dcs but i.o. it happening every 2 or 3 games, it’s now once every 30 games or so and most of them are on Battlegrounds. On ranked, arena and tb it barely happene anymore.
It doesn’t fix animation speed, as mainly on BG Duos my opponents often finish combat round 10-15 seconds before me from round 9 onwards, which is a massive disadvantage when playing boards that require a lot of interaction like Elementals, Naga and Quilboar.

On iOS, even when meeting the required hardware specs it crashes every game at least once.
A lot of very specific iOS threads have come up recently, and combined with the FBI finally warning us to take mobile cybersecurity seriously, I can only assume it’s going to cause more issues as Blizz has to navigate both OS updates and cybersecurity barriers. Definitely stop spending…
and save up for a desktop. I’d go Linux for an OS, but whatever keeps you out of this Tech Support forum is good.

Great! That means you will be saving a lot of money, because the bugs are breeding faster than the techs are hiring.
In the long run, some time away will be good for you, because absence makes the heart grow fonder.
I just saw an old news blurb from when Hearthstone officially declared 2GB of RAM is required to play, so we may be nearing the next “sorry, you can’t play on your current device anymore” announcement.
Using a desktop is not a solution to the iOS crashing. Hearthstone is a bathroom game.
It’s only getting worse. I’d like a refund for past packs, please.
