When the expansion opened I bought the Tavern Pass. Immediately after the purchase went through the Hearthstone app crashed. My bank account was deducted yet the Tavern Pass is not showing active. When I click on it in the store I receive a popup saying “You already own this item” I tried restarting and running on pc as well as mobile, still nothing.
Same here. Bought it, hearthstone said waiting then crashed. Got back in no pass but my card was charged for it.
The game is now asking me to repurchase the pass despite history showing the pass was paid for and Ive been charged already.
I eventually got a refund, did yours go through?
