Suggestion: give ability to trade signature legendaries?

Just a thought I had after I opened this beautiful signature Inzah that my son would love to play with, but will just sit in my collection.

Something simple: can only trade 1 signature legendary to a friend for a different signature legendary of the same set, probably with a cooldown. Nothing exploitable or that alters the number in circulation.
