Stuck Reconnecting to a solo adventure game after restarting

I was playing Solo adventures on hearthstone ( PC ) and fell asleep, so it disconnected me. Next time i booted up hearthstone, it says you were disconnected from you last game, reconnecting. I had it running for 20- 30 minutes to see if it would fix itself but the game disconnected me before i even reconnected because it thought i was idle. I have tried changing my region and opening hearthstone in a different region and putting it back to my original region, same thing. I have tried the scan and repair function on battlenet, and even reinstalled it still doesnt work. I cant reconnect to anything and i cant play anything because it refuses to reconnect, its not an internet issue as well, im connected through lan cable on a 100 mb internet connection. Please help.

Exact same thing happening to me. Been 2 days now and still trying to reconnect to solo game.

Hey there,

This issue can happen if you get disconnected from a match and do not reconnect before the match ends/times out/opponent leaves as well) In cases where you are stuck trying to reconnect to a match that no longer exists you typically just need to allow the reconnect to time out.

If that does not work, try doing the same thing from an alternate device (Example: If you are on PC try this on Mobile.)

If you can get past the reconnect screen to the main menu, you can try playing a different mode, and conceding once that match has started. This should allow you to again start a new match in the affected mode.

Stuck doing the same thing while playing Tombs of Terror.

Galaxy Note 10+ is what I usually play on and after a few days of trying to connect with that I tried the laptop this morning with an ethernet connection and it still wouldn’t get past that screen.

Hoping this can be resolved soon

I have the same problem for almost a week now.
Please fix this and let me play!
