Stuck on hearthstone doors when launching the game

I recently redownloaded the game and launched it on my phone, but as I tried loading it, it’s been stuck at the hearthstone tavern doors and it won’t go past. Please help.

Please clarify that you are getting stuck at the tavern door loading screen when creating the ticket.

i am having the same issue on my iphone 7. very frustrating, works fine on pc.

Hi there,

I installed for first time on PC (Win7) yesterday via the battle.net launcher.

I am also stuck on what appears to be two tavern doors after launching the game.

The only thing that seems to respond to input is when I hit Enter and a message about “no friends online” appears.
