Stuck on Free Deck Selection Screen - Cannot Play the Game

I am experiencing a critical bug that is completely preventing me from playing Hearthstone.

After the 7-day trial period for the free Prebuilt Decks ended, the interface popped up requiring me to choose one deck to keep permanently. However, after this screen appeared, it has become stuck. I am unable to select any deck or close the interface. Clicking any button does nothing.

I have tried restarting the game and relogging multiple times, but the interface reappears and remains stuck every time. This has been going on for over 6 hours.

As a result, I am completely locked out of starting any matches. Additionally, I have Time-Limited Quests that I cannot progress on. If this is not resolved soon, I will be unable to complete these quests before they expire.

Please help resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

They are working on a fix for this bug.

i would love the mage deck i choose but dont seem to have you got me unstuck and i can play thank you but a bummer i still dont have the deck i choose , i can buy the other ones in the store thou HAHAHAHHA

I have the same issue, I cant play standard nor wild to complete missions or climb ranked.
