I mistakenly chose to purchase the last Dalaran Adventure with real money instead of gold. After waiting for authorization for a brief moment, I saw the purchase confirmed. I checked the online account of the credit card I have registered with iTunes, and the purchase was not there. I don’t remember exactly what happened afterwards - either the app crashed or I killed and restarted it. Now when I navigate back to the same wing, it automatically brings up the “Waiting for Authorization” screen and spins indefinitely. There is nothing I can do but kill the app and restart it. FYI I have never made a real money purchase in-game up until now. What needs to be done to get out of this stuck state, undo the real money purchase, and purchase it with gold?

They can’t deal with account issues in the forums due to privacy/security reasons; so if the steps in that link don’t work, I suggest contacting Support directly by opening a ticket/live chat.
