Stuck at the tavern door

I’m playing on mobile (an android, gs9+) and after I tap the log in button the game gets stuck at the tavern door with a pulsating stone. I have restarted, uninstall/reinstalled. So I now come to you for help.

I wouldn’t hold your breath waiting for an answer. It has been a known issue since May.
