Stuck at "Reconnecting Phase" for 3 days, can't do anything

I played merceneries mode and AFK for a while. Hearthstone auto disconnect me and when relaunch it again. I’m stuck at “You were disconnected from your last game. Reconnecting” for 3 days already

PC platform - America server
Already tried

  1. sign out - in
    2.reinstall
    3.wait
    4.Sign in mobile

still not work, please helppppppppppppp :sob:

I’m having the exact same issue and putting in a ticket was extremely unhelpful. It’s been almost a week now, still can’t play the game. I’ve also tried all the ‘known’ fixes from when this issue has happened in the past but nothing works. Please bump for visibility, this is brutal.
