Stuck at loading screen

i cant play HS since late April. stuck at loading screen and cant do anything in both wifi and Lan. (same on PC window11 and Android 13)

if i use mobile data or use VPN, i can play normally. not stuck at loading screen.

i ask my ISP for help in this case but still not working.

My IP Address is: ISP can only change my last 3 IP address and it still not working .

i also already try this topic but not working too

Delete your ip address, its risky for you show it and it doesnt help at all.
While it work for you on mobile data or VPN its seems to by issue with your ISP.

I bet your ISP block some of ports which are required for running HS.

For BNet you need ports: 80, 443, 1119
For HS you need ports: 1119, 3724
Both TCP and UDP

So ask your ISP if they are blocking some of these ports.
