Been about a week or since the last update possibly that ive had this issue. I am getting no in game voices anymore but the rest of the sounds work perfectly. Just no voices from playijg cards or from heroes whatsoever. Pretty weird. Ive tried reinstalling a couple times with no luck.
We often see issues like this caused by audio enhancements. If you have any programs like Nahimic or Sonic Studio, we’d suggest uninstalling them. If you’re using a headset that supports 7.1 Surround or any similar settings, let’s disable that.

I havent installed any kind of audio enhancement or anything since i first got the tablet and the sounds worked perfectly previously. Its not hooked up to any headsets either
What phone are you using and what version of Android are you on?
Its a Samsung Galaxy Tab A. Android version 8.1.0
Can you go to Apps > Settings > Sound > Sound Quality and Effects and make sure everything is disabled?
Yes i double checked. Its all disabled there.
What language are you using in-game?
Did you change languages recently?
When reinstalling, have you cleared cache, completely uninstall, restarted the device and then reinstalled?
Havent changed any languages. English. I believe i have done all that but will try it once more for good measure.

For this one I might recommend uninstalling the game completely then reinstalling it through the Play store. Just be sure to log back in with the same email as before so you have access to your game progress!
If your android phone has the “Game Launcher” or similar feature, please check that games are set to performance mode and sound is enabled through the options menu for the launcher.
If it’s still not working after that I might suggest checking the phone for operating system software updates. There are newer Android versions available for many phones.
