First round, literally, and my opponent already had their buddy at 13 gold while mine was still not discounted?

Also, noticed my minions being shuffled around at the start of a round without me touching them then going back to where they were at the end of the round.

Do you know that buddies have different costs? Tier 2 start at 13 gold. Higher tier buddies cost more.
