Dehydrate isn’t a strict powercreep, because iirc Tidal Surge is a nature spell, while Dehydrate isn’t , and shamans care a lot about nature spells.

I don’t like this phrasing. I actually would consider it a good thing for Hand to go back to +2/+2, but I’m not going to vilify someone as having zero of a virtue if they disagree with me on something like that.
