It seems way too expensive. Each chapter only takes a few minutes to complete too

Guess Blizzard really hit the bottom pipe with funds this year…Buahahahahaha, to realease content like crazy , without balancing s@it a long away, and then mindlesly releasing an adventure and gating probably core defining cards in like 4900 gold , which is probably the whole budget for a free to play player ( more or less I didn’t calculate) for the whole expansion, seems like a radical solution to squeeze some money…Prolly just gonna quite HS all away…The requirements for playing on phones have risen , blizzard constantly pushing rushed content with drooling mouths over money, makes me think that a epidemic has striked the blizzard headquarter and now they are money crazy ghouls.
Well back to POE i guess.

2800g. According to the announcement post,* each “chapter” contains both an E.V.I.L. and League of Explorers side, and (except for the first week), both sides of each chapter will unlock for 700g.

So 1 chapter free does kind of lose it’s meaning, because it’s technically not free.

It’s 2800 for the whole adventure.
You get half a wing free, half a wing for 700, then each other full wing is another 700.

I don’t know why they did it this way, just know the adventure is still 2800 gold total.

You also get a set of bonus cards (Licensed Adventurer, Fresh Scent and Shadow Sculptor) when purchasing the first wing. So it’s not like you don’t get equivalent value.
ok, that makes more sense, there are 11 cards as part of the first wing, as opposed to 8 cards for the other 3 wings.
Did you seriously expect something better from this terrible design team? Im waiting until they finally fire them so i can enjoy HS again

I’m pretty shocked that the “good” classes didn’t get their Galakrond legendary hero equivalent… only mage got Reno… I can’t believe it?! This is really all the cards being released ? No secret extra cards ? Man… Druid, paladin and hunter got the short end of the stick on another level…

Really disappointing, not so much because the freebie is a half chapter (and the other half chapter is the full 700 gold), but because as a result of both the pay structure and the poor communication, there are at least 2 posts in here positing that it will be 4100 gold to unlock the additional content as f2p.
Honestly, I was happy to pay the $20 back in the day for these, it was a solid purchase, good meta-relevant cards and it saved a bit on gold farming. But now, you’ve completely lost me; I don’t even know how many full set releases you’re planning for the year (does this replace one?), I’ve been quite unhappy to purchase the previous few solo adventures despite doing so for extremely little benefit aside from the previously-free content, and I’m unhappy to pay the extra 700 gold for a half chapter, for essentially a “free” chapter that was previously free without the quotes.
And I’m additionally unhappy to have to come check the forums (after having read through the release page which does not clearly describe either paid or f2p pricing imo) to figure out how much gold this will set me back.
So here’s my feedback. I know you don’t really care but here it is nonetheless.

How much it costs is arbitrary.
The question is - is it worth anything at all?
The answer to that for the previous solo content is not at all.
If they are adding in bought card advantages then that is something very different and if true I am glad that I don’t attempt to compete.
