A post by Chris Attalus on Reddit has recently came out, that specifically stats Reckless Experimenter has been changed.
Text will be added that stats “Cost cannot reduced below (1)”
This effectively tones down Sn1p-Sn4p and now cannot be busted for an OTK with Reckless Experimenter.

They have been improving communication recently, and actually posted the change on their official forums slightly earlier.

Why isnt Kibler on the Design team?
I feel like Echo cards shouldn’t be able to be cost reduced. Feels like this is going to be a problem going forward, even with the nerf. Reckless Experimenter’s best tempo play of turn 5 Reckless plus Voodoo Doll is now gone.
