Slow internet while playing

I noticed a while back having drastically reduced bandwidth when the hearthstone client is opened on the same PC, which make it impossible to listen to youtube for example while playing. The game itself plays super fine, i just can’t do anything on the net at all while playing.

using the ookla speed test, this is what i get

when hearthstone client is not opened : 170 Mbps in download
when hearthstone client is opened : 0.5 Mbps

This is not a new issue, has been occurring for years. Any idea what’s wrong with my config / game install or game option?
To my knowledge, hearthstone is the only game killing my bandwidth.

Howdy!

This would be a Quality of Service(QoS) issue either due to software on the system (Example: Killer Network Manager or SmartByte). QoS is also at the modem/router level. I would recommend to bring this up to your Internet Service Provider if you don’t have any related software you can remove.

I have exactly the same pb for several years. I call my internet provider, it changed nothing. Let me know if you have a solution
