This means we can’t confirm that the account ever had those skins, nor can we verify what happened to them if they were indeed removed. In this case, you’ll have to submit a bug report to the Hearthstone team. Not only did I lose the basic heroes. which you have access to for free. I also lost access to the character I paid for. I demand compensation. in the value of the packages I bought. in runestones. I ask you to take this seriously. and fix the problems in the game. I have had no problems playing for 10 years. I don’t want to celebrate the 10th birthday for hearthstone like that.
