It appears that this is a satellite connection. There is some loss and very high latency due to this connection type starting after it leaves the home network. There’s a 1% packet loss, and the lowest latency is 537ms.

Satellite connection is not a supported connection type. Our support article goes through details to why its not officially supported. As another resource, Hughes Net has FAQs here that can help answer some questions over gaming on Satellite.
