I play on PC, but use a verizon cell phone for my connection. It was working great until last Patch. Now it just gives me netcachecardvalues=1 or no error or it gets past the doors to the wood box with logo in center - then it will lock-up there. I tried all the support techniques i could find and nothing makes a difference. Help been like this for days.
My game on my tablet was bugged out one time after a recent update. You might have to uninstall and reinstall. If that doesn’t work contact blizzard support and they will get you squared away. Their customer support was way quicker than I expected.
