Hey everyone,
this is my first post on the blizzard forums and I am looking forward to meeting some new friends and players on blizzard games!
My name is Graham and I have been with blizzard as an OG 2006 started playing WoW, basically #HARDCORE VETERAN
To the point…
So I eventually tried out new blizzard games overwatch and the most powerful feature I think you developers could add is the customization (simple of course with the
hearthstone vibes
) something as simple as choosing voice lines for each emote. In my opinion the voice lines are very off of what they are meant to say. “evil draws close” dh saying hello for example. I think without barely any effort on the developer side you guys could implement some kind of new customization features for standard/wild. I love where mercenaries is going and the art and all together the game type has a more luxurious swanky feel to it. I really hope this can be considered as I mostly love hearthstone for the customization aspect of it and how creative you can be with the cards. I would definitely LOVE to see more portraits available, on the store and maybe for gold.
Summary:
portrait emote alternatives or replacements (also maybe add an lol emote)
more portraits and overall user friendly ways to really bring the feel of each game to a new level.
Put as much quality on graphics to standard/wild like mercenaries
possible new features like titles or badges or some kind of trophy to keep for dominating a season. I love getting titles on wow and something like "Darkmoon Gladiator “playername” would be epic!
board customization choices, like maps or something to make it feel like wow arenas or something like battlegrounds does on hs.
honestly battlegrounds on hearthstone has exactly what I’m suggesting, and there is an insane amount of cosmetic and custom experiences to work with. Imagine standard with effect customizations such as the battlegrounds party effect or battlegrounds ice effect with lich king, and so on.
I understand that battlegrounds is higher amount of players, but the competitive strategizing in standard/wild has a more competitive feel to me.
I think I’ve made my point, but I, as a huge supporter and long time player of blizzard games think that each game mode should be just as good as any other game mode in the game.
Anyways thanks for checking this out and have a fantastic day fellas
