So am I mistaken in that previous years expansions have come April, August, December, or is Blizzard trying to speed this thing up?
It’s usually April, August, and December, yes, although there have been a few exceptions. League of Explorers came out November 12 in 2015, Madness at the Darkmoon Faire came out November 17 in 2020, and Forged in the Barrens came out March 30 in 2021.

twist and cot broke the cycle in more ways than one.
It messed with the titans release cycle, including the two event based cards they still owe the playerbase, and it messed with the upcoming release by making three releases too close together.
If anyone wanted proof they don’t see the playerbase as more than wallets, this is it.
