Shop disabled on pc, works on phone

Hello,

The shop and arena are disable in HS installed on my PC for a few days.
if i’m opening HS through my phone (same account), the shop and arena are available.
same region on both devices.
i’ve uninstalled and reinstalled HS on my pc.
both devices are connected to the same home network through wifi.
If i buy an arena run through the app on the phone, i can play that arena on the PC as well.

Suggestions?

I have the same issue on my mac, every time I log in, the shop is closed… :frowning:

I also have the same problem, shop is always disabled on my Mac even though I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled the game !

Same issue. The support suggested, that i change my passwort to refresh my account, but this did not help, i also deinstalled/reinstalled the game twice. No success. The only solution seems to buy things at a mobile device. Perhaps we spend less money this way :slight_smile:

I cant open the store in my phone and i dont have a pc it sucks everything else works.

Come on, Blizzard. This has been a problem for weeks now. Can’t play Arena. Can’t spend gold. What’s going on already??

same here, closed shop for over 3 weeks now… same for arena… i want to spend money on this game and litterly cant. did everything blizzard told me to do nothing works. im on macbook

Mine isn’t open on my phone. I’ve tried EVERYTHING. It’s been going on for quite some time. I’ve submitted tickets and it still hasn’t been figured out. Please help!

Hi Blizzard, The shop is still closed on mac…it’s been an while now… I Have uninstalled and reinstalled but…to no avail. The shop is closed on ipad as well. Any progress on fixing this in the near future maybe? Cheers

I guess us Mac users are not as big as a playerbase for Blizzard to make an effort to fix these recurring problems I’m afraid… Guess we have to do what we allways do…wait…wait…and wait… :frowning:

Good morning, I’ve been having this problem with the store being closed since March, and I only play on my cell phone, because I don’t have a PC, that’s my problem, and like, I did all the procedures, uninstalled it, installed it again, connected it to several different accounts. times and nothing works, I hope for updates on this problem.

its still closed for both Mac and windows and might I make a sad note you can buy all the packs for real money in the blizzard shop. I think Microsoft is doing like they did with Minecraft forcing people to spend money rather than leaving it as it was.
