The shop its still closed on Pc, windows 7 , Americas Region, please , help us and fix this problem, thank you.
I have the same issue. It is a new install on WIndows 10 Home using the Americas region. I have completely set up my account with all green checks on the security setup including an authenticator and have a payment method set up (PayPal). I have logged in via IOS and the store is available there. I purchased Nemsy but she still doesn’t appear to be available in the main game. Any ideas?

Windows 10 EU - same issue since the recent patch.
Confusingly it works fine on my other Windows 10 PC. Both have the latest OS updates installed and use Windows Security as AV software. The two main differences that come to mind are
- broken on Intel processor, working on AMD processor
- broken on a local Windows account, working on an online one.
Same here, shop closed on PC in all regions, its an AMD processor in my case.

Windows 10 and Europe
My shop is now open! I didn’t do anything. I just let a day pass and it is now available. I bought a pack and everything worked as it should. Nemsy is also in my collection now.
Worked fine on Windows 7, updated this machine to Windows 10 last night and instantly ran into this problem.
Edit: Windows 10, NA (but the problem persists on all regions)
Windows 8.1 64 EU region - Shop and arena are not working. I also did not get Nemsy. Yesterday i noticed that i did not get gold from 2 finished quests, but reloading the game fixed it. Unfortunately it did not fix the other issues.
Windows 10 North America. I have repair and reinstalled to no avail. Shop is still closed. Please fix this of give us credit for Nemsy if we miss out on it because of this.
