Windows 10 64bit Americas still saying shop closed. Has been this way since the update. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the game with no change. Blizzard account has been set up for a long time.
This also worked for me.

Search for
2015 Visual C++ Redistributable
Download and install the 13.1MB file :
vc_redist.x86.exe

Hey folks.
Iāve changed nothing for a few days. Reinstalling, repair tool etc did nothing.
Just logged in and the shop and perks option in battlegrounds are showing themselves as open.
Canāt access shop, Windows 10, Europe
