Help! My Shop is closed and the option to purchase tickets for Arena and Duel is greyed out for some reason

This usually happens if the country for the Battle.net account doesn’t match where the game is being connected from. If you recently moved, you may need to update that. Here’s a link to use our self service or start a ticket for a Game Master to assist.
It’s working now the issue no longer is there
