"Shop Closed" - can't enter shop

Can’t enter Shop, always shows “Shop Closed” on both PC and Android.

  • America server
  • Windows 10 Pro 64bit; Version 22H2
  • Samsung phone: Android 13

reinstall the game didn’t help.

PS： still can play the game, just can’t enter shop (to buy new pack)

Can you play Battlegrounds?

I don’t play Battlegrounds, but I can play the game, only I can’t enter shop (to buy new pack :sweat_smile:)

Im having a similar issue where I couldnt access the Shop OR any other services. Was essentially saying i was offline however, now i can play Battlegrounds etc but the shop and therefore Arena isn’t available for me.
