Hello, I have two weeks since I returned to the game, I have not been able to open the store even once since I returned, I already uninstalled and tried with another pc, the store does not open

Small indie company no can fix the shop.

They give you wrong solutions;

Try reinstall all
Try use vns
Try DELETE WINDOWS UPDATE
ect…

BUT THEY NO FIX THE PROBLEM.

I have exactly the same problem. I already re install battle net and hearthstone. I also change some paramter of my battle net account but without success. I still cannot access to the shop. Who can help !!!???
