Rofl they accidently leaked the entire set

thats what “profesional complainers” say when they release support for an existing deck!
why would anyone complain about that ?

I think that literally half of the set being elemental synergy can be called “forcing”.

I don’t know most here.

It seems like a cool set, surprisingly.

There are archetypes that seem genuinely new rather than cards made to be slot into already existing decks.

I didn’t read all of the cards, but I read some that genuinely picked my interest.

I’m surprised in a good way.

Now, about the ‘leak,’ I actually think they shot themselves in the foot if it’s deliberate.
The game activity these next few weeks will really die down since there is nothing to expect until the expansion actually launches.

Fire Mage gets its support after years of waiting lol.
Crazy looking cards for Mage, and someone is 100% getting fired.

What an insane blunder…yikes.

That is hilarious that it all got leaked. I see they gave Triple Blood a solid win condition finally. I cannot wait for the complaining to start.

All the playing to the board is making me think the coming balance patch most be impressive in scope. It would have to be to make most of these cards relevant.

I think you’re too optimistic

my bet is, they already got fired, and no one knows how to work the system any more

A “parting gift” from an employee “let go” seems much more plausible.

If you get rid of an unpaid intern, is that technically a firing, or not?

Nobody got fired, it’s just that all these lay-offs have caused incompetence because of lack of manpower in the technical part of the game.

call it whatever you want

they do not work there any more

Okay.

So they leaked it then they go ahead and fix it so you cannot see them again. Like putting the genie back in the bottle. As if the internet doesn’t exist or something.

You say it’s a leak, I say it’s a strategy to attract interest and create hype.

I’m going to purposely avoid the leaks. I actually enjoy the reveals as they come. No sense ruining it.

Didn’t notice this til many hours later, i’m liking some of these Warlock cards

People overrate the leak in terms of impact on Marketing. As if people were hyped that much by the torture of dripping water.

I won’t be surprised if it’s even a positive to the marketing.

I doubt it was intentional for the company.

But likely intentional internally by a person.

Or ignorantly.

Definitely not a company wide intention though. Lots of streamers had reveals and those have all just been negated. That hurts the company and the streamers overall.

Time for streamers to rely on their content.

Especially since many of them put real money into their reveals.
