You remember that question you asked on Twitter Blizz? If Hearthstone used to be your main game but isn’t anymore, what would get you back? I have a short answer for you, not this. I am glad you did this. You are helping me to quit permanently. I haven’t touched the game for a few days, and I am not planning to.

Please restore the ability to complete most quests in Tavern Brawl. Without that, not matter what you say, I get a LOT less now than I did before.

Completing quest with classes you dont have cards and farm gold in TAVERN BRAWL was posible before, now quest dont work there and no gold after 3 wins.

The Year of the Dragon pack would be fine if they made it have 3 rares, an epic and a legendary guaranteed. Would be a way to fill out a collection just as the sets move to wild, AND be something to look forward to.

Yeah, I only bought it because I tought the 20$ pass was actually the “free track” and I felt pretty stupid when I found out. Those 20 dollars for bad skins is not worth it at all.
it aint about the cosmetics, (though that’s also overpriced) it’s about the free track that has thousands of gold less per expansion than the previous system.
I mean at least they did something, I guess.
Am i wrong to assume there is also a total 25% more xp?
Like at level 40 there is lol.

This game just keeps getting more and more expensive. Every expansion I buy, all I get are pity legendaries then I end up having to either spend a bunch more money or use an absurd amount of dust. This game needs way more support. I have had so many friends quit the game because it is just way too hard to keep up with the amount of expansions and money required to play this game each year. This is just so greedy. I can’t believe you blizzard.

First of all, cut the lawyer speak. When you speak like that you just communicate you are up to no good. Talk to us like humans. Second of all, I have been a hearthstone player on and off since One Night in Karazhan, and the past 4-6 months I have ditched hearthstone for the most part and have only recently wanted to get back into it for all the nostalgia this card game gives me. I think Darkmoon Faire was my final “mega bundle” I will ever buy. I feel like I have been ripped off. I also bought the Tavern Pass because I wanted to congratulate you since It seemed like you were getting less money hungry, but I didn’t realize that not only did the tavern pass not do anything, but it also was something I would lose after a few months because of a new expansion. The system of losing perks that do almost nothing that you spend 20 dollars on is even almost as dumb as the entire business model behind World of Warcraft, (which is also the reason I stopped playing that game).
I have some comments. I think that the battle pass “mistake” you’ve made was just the straw that broke the camel’s back.
I have always been upset at standard mode because it was clear to me even back in 2016 when it was introduced that it was a clever way for you to “force us” to buy new expansions since every 3 years our cards can’t be used, and you give Wild so little attention, even going as far as to make wild cards not even usable in the latest adventures. My initial fears so long ago of your greed in what is essentially ripping off your own fans seems to get more and more real.
Furthermore, you recently started to sell previously exclusive cosmetic items like card backs and heroes in the store for gold. Don’t do that. It makes the people who not only got ripped off from the expansion mega bundles not even have anything that is special anymore since everyone can get it. You remove almost every initiative for people to buy your bundles.
As for the reward pass, it should not exist. The idea of your new reward system is to give free to play players a chance at still enjoying the game, and it is already hard enough to get the rewards. The “tavern pass” and the “battlegrounds perks” should not exist, and they most certainly shouldn’t be a temporary benefit that will last until you rip us off with another expansion.
You should also decrease the crafting cost of legendries. It is ridiculous that it takes us 3 legendries just to make 1 legendary we want to have a fun deck.
If you were truly sorry for how badly you ripped off your player base you should give an exclusive cosmetic or something to people who purchased your pass.

Imagine being so damn stubborn that you keep refusing to change the old crafting system that makes hearthstone so stupid expensive.
cut all the crafting by at least 40-45% and increase the amount of dust you get from disenchanting…
but of course you will ignore this, just like giving 1350 (why not 1500 it’s beyond me) think that you will calm down everyone and everything will be fine…
spoilers: it wont.
You havent mention anything regarding decreasing the amount of exp needed to level or increase the exp gains without the scam pass.
Basically nothing changed with this post sure they moved the trash packs into pure gold but the system is still slow and “balanced” around the scam pass.
And it’s in your plans to release 1 NEW MODE PER YEAR? so people have to get many new passes for your different games? how much is enough for you?
- BG pass
- Exp boost pass
- duel pass(? eventually they might release this)
- Insert any new mode with yet another pass

Where is the update that you are looking into what is causing people to not have had their quests reset at the beginning of the week or why people that didn’t get daily quests today and can’t reroll their existing quests, and when you expect to have a fix for it.
