Reward track purchase not working

Hi, I purchased the new reward track pass, but while the payment went through, it’s not applied in the game, and the shop still shows it’s available for purchase. My credit card was charged successfully and I also received confirmation the purchase was successful.

Is there anything I can do further or can you please help me?

Contact the support of your payment methode and get a refund. This seems to happen sometimes.
