I would like to see a good view of the Reward Track with all rewards and types of portraits and perks since not everyone plays battlegrounds or mercenaries or arenas it would be nice what your buying first.

By the time the battlepass will be active, you will see everything in it.
I don’t think there is a sale if you buy it earlier, so it’s probably better to just wait.
By the way, the full battlepass should be announced before the launch (not sure when); they are probably waiting to reveal all HS cards, since in the battlepass there are some new cards

I think the Reward Track gets revealed with the patch notes for the new expansion patch. You’ll get to see it before the expansion goes live, but it’s probably a few weeks out.

Yeah, they post all the details before the expac launch, and you can’t buy the pass until it does launch.
