Got the in-game alert about new season BLAH BLAH - restart.
-Restarted 2x now… still just loads to a screen with the restart icon/button (circular arrow)
-waited for launcher to reappear each time, no update/download for HS.
Did someone botch it over there… AGAIN!!!
OH joy! worked on third attempt, but now I can click the ‘Get Tavern Pass’ incessantly, and nothing happens.
WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR GAME, SYSTEMS, and the people who are RESPONSIBLE for making it work correctly?
And now after making a compatible deck, the play button is greyed out.
I have 1.5 hrs until I have to sleep for work.
Am I going to be able to play before then? or is this game just another waste of time?

As I suspected, no response or accountability from Blizzard employees, no support. Useless bunch of twits.
Let me know when you can do things right, and the truthful, yet belittling and demeaning comments will cease. Do your jobs right, and you won’t see posts like this, Screw up your jobs, well, you’re encouraging the same things that you’re trying to prevent.
Stop encouraging these posts, and maybe they will stop.
