Was playing battle grounds, and I played, “replace bob’s tavern with minions of a tier 1 more” at tavern tier 5, but it instead gave me tier 2 and 3 minions. Is this normal?
It replaces minions that are there, with minions of 1 lever higher, regardless of the tavern level.
Example:
Minion levels in tavern before the spell: 1 4 2 3 1
Minion levels in tavern after the spell: 2 5 3 4 2

its an easy way to get several tier 6 minions early if you plan ahead
