i got disconnected while i was playing so i restarted the game and it keeps trying to reconnect and i can’t do anything else. it is a common bug? that never happened to me i hope you can help me. Thanks

Same thing is happening to me.
I am experiencing the same problem as well. I’ve been trying to fix this issue for over 2 hours now and nothing for my MAC and Android. All it is is just a box in the opening menu saying “Reconnecting.” Below it it says "You were disconnected from your last game. Reconnecting. I worked with my modem and Wifi and everything is fine. I already have other systems working with the wifi perfectly. Only Hearthstone seems to have this issue
Having same problem on a PC.
This issue does not always necessarily mean that it is a connection issue. It can also be an account level bug that may require us to look into the accounts individually. If using a computer is an option and you are running into this issue on mobile, the following steps can help:
- Exit Hearthstone and the Blizzard Application.
- Login and wait for 1 minute until the screen states “Attempting to reconnect.” It should then say “Could not reconnect.”
- From there, start a Solo or Practice match and then concede.
- Restart Hearthstone and it should be working again.
You may run into a few situations where it closes, please try relaunching the client to try the steps above. If it continues, please try the recommended steps on our support article and contact Customer Support for persistent issues.
I was playing a match I was about to win, when I suddenly got disconnected. The game tried to reconnect but it was not successful, so I closed the game and reopened it after a while. The same “trying to reconnect” message was still there and so it has been for 2 hours now. I already reset my internet router, fully reinstalled the game and even tried to log in using a different network, but nothing worked. I keep seeing the same message every time I log in, and I cannot do anything about it.
Has anybody ever experienced this problem?
Besides having a match I would most likely win counted as a loss, I am now unable to even play the game, which is a considerable frustration altogether.

i’ve already waited half an hour on the screen with tha reconnecting message and doesn’t work, the “Could not reconnect” message doesn’t appear. it just shows the “Exit game” option
So I just ended a session with customer service and we tried just about everything. Looks like they are currently trying to fix this issue with those who are experiencing this and should hopefully be resolved in a few hours. Worse case scenario, it might not resolve until tomorrow. ONE THING IS FOR SURE: It isn’t a wifi/internet connection problem on our end.
This error usually clears after a few hours, and we may request a 24 hour wait just to be sure. If it has been over 24 hours or a computer isn’t an option, please do contact our Customer Support department. Some situations do need to be looked into individually, which is not something that we’ll be able to do through the forums.
I’ve just deleted the Battle net cache as the recommend article says and it worked i guess, the reconnecting message doesn’t appear now and i can play normally
